Returns and Refunds

Packaged and processed products

We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Please contact us via email within 2-3 business days of receiving your order to report the issue, including photos and a detailed description.

We do not accept returns for opened, consumed, or perishable products (e.g., opened sauces, honey, truffle oils, or butter).

Fresh truffles

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh truffles, returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of valid issues, such as:

damage during shipping

quality concerns

errors in the order

Any claims must be reported via email to customerservice@truffitaly.co.uk within 2 hours of receiving the product.

clear photos of the product

a detailed description of the problem

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Customers must contact us by email to receive:

the return shipping address

instructions for the return

If a return is authorized:

fresh truffles must be shipped back within 24 hours of approval

products must be in a condition suitable for evaluation

If returned fresh truffles are deteriorated, used, or not intact, a refund may not be granted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of errors or damages caused by Truffitaly.

Return Procedure

To request a return or refund for packaged or processed products, please send an email to customerservice@truffitaly.co.uk with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the problem.

We will provide return instructions, and returns must be made within 5 business days of our authorization (except for fresh truffles, for which the above terms apply).

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is verified.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
